Trossachs Scotland - Cycle Routes

The map shows the three main cycle routes in the Trossachs:

• The C7 Cycleway - Milngavie to Killin
• Loch Katrine route - bike and steamer
• The Glenfinglas route - arduous route
• Other routes are shown as pink dotted lines. Some are easy and level.others are steep, rough surface and difficult.

A word of caution

Remember that some routes - noteably the Glenfinglas route - reach considerable altitudes and weather can change unexpectedly. Also remember that some routes will take you some considerable distance from the nearest road.

Be prepared - have suitable waterproofs and spare 'layers'. Take some food, perhaps a flask of soup and have a basic repair and first aid kit with you.

A mobile phone can be useful although a signal may be unavailable in some areas.
